MY DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

I take ownership of my work and my purpose within a company. I am self-aware and always have a thirst to learn more every single day. I tend to over-communicate but with purpose! I am resourceful and love to find solutions to any difficult situation independently. I take a proactive approach to my designs and correct any problems not ‘caught’ by other team members. I’m a people person and love to establish, participate and nurture all relationships. I believe everyone has a purpose in one’s life. We all learn from each other constantly and I believe this is the purpose of life! I’m not one to ‘step over someone’ to climb the proverbial ‘ladder of success’. True success to me involves a group of people helping one another to grow and succeed, even in a remote environment.

•Following development timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.

•Troubleshooting problems with the design team and the printer as needed.

•Cataloging produced images and graphics for future projects.

  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve production values, processes, quality standards, and team efficiency. Review prepress file specifications before producing files and maintain consistent file preparation suitable for output by multiple publications or vendors.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of files that are created or sent to vendors.

  • Maintain organization of production server and digital assets.

  • Display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.

  • Working with copywriters, printers, contractors and vendor partners to help develop and visually articulate new ideas, main messages, and concepts using storytelling through art and graphics.

  • Creating designs for digital social media campaigns as well as print-ready designs while using Adobe design products, completing projects ahead of schedule, and earning a 5-star client satisfaction rating

  • Capable of meeting and exceeding deadlines for multiple projects use superior time management skills

  • Establishing brand identities and standards for various companies, products, conferences, trades shows and events through development of successfulmarketing strategies and tactics including: creative briefs, websites, social media graphics, direct mail, print advertising, print collateral, apparel packages, packaging and promotional products while using a variety of graphics applications
